Effective immediately and until further notice, all customers traveling on American Airlines flights departing from any foreign location to the United States are recommended to arrive at the airport at least THREE (3) hours in advance of their flight to provide additional time to check in, clear security and board the aircraft.

• As a reminder all passengers are limited to one personal item and one carry on item but please keep to a minimum where possible

All carry on items must conform to AA standards. Carry on bags must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat and should not exceed 45 linear inches, in length, width and height combined. This limitation does not apply to customer assistive devices or passengers travelling with infants with diaper bags, car seats or strollers. The carry-on item must meet current size and weight.

Passengers must follow normal screening procedures for access to secured areas.
