US $10 Charge for Passengers Using Check in Chill out Service from 1 March 2010

For many years now Virgin have been offering the popular, free of charge, off airport check in service Check-in Chill Out at most of their Caribbean destinations. From 01 March 2010 passengers wishing to Check In Chill out will now be charged $10US to use the service.

Virgin Holidays passengers will be given a complimentary Check In Chill Out voucher as part of their holiday package to be redeemed when using the service. Virgin staff will check passengers in at their hotel, give them their boarding card and take their bags in a secure van to the airport, enabling them to capture the last drop of Caribbean sunshine. Virgin Holidays agents will be on hand at all participating CICO hotels to take payment for a Check-in Chill out voucher, which will entitle passengers to use the service.

For information on when the Virgin Holidays representatives are available passengers will need to contact their hotel front desk once in resort. Those travelling in Upper Class can continue to use the service free of charge and without the need of a voucher. Flying Club Gold card holders can also enjoy the service free of charge on presentation of their
Gold card.
